Call for CME opportunities

Vol. 1, No. 9 / September 2002

Is there any way to earn CME credit by reading the articles in Current Psychiatry? I would rather read your journal than most of what’s out there. For example, I learned more reading the single article by W. Victor R. Vieweg, MD, on arrhythmias with antipsychotics (May) than I learned while getting 3 hours of CME on the same topic in another journal.

Greg Smith MD
Atlanta, GA

Editor’s Note: We are interested in offering psychiatrists additional CME opportunities. We will employ media beyond the monthly print edition, such as our Web site, For example, we are partnering with PriMed to present four daylong “Psychiatry Updates” this fall in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Boston. Watch for more information in the publication and on our Web site.
